Hunterdon Health Foundation's 2024 Crystal Ball raised over $300,000 for programs and services at Hunterdon Health. The event transformed the Bridgewater Marriott into a lively celebration on September 21st, drawing 350 guests who gathered in support of one of New Jersey's top-rated community hospitals. As Hunterdon Health continues to lead in providing cutting-edge care, the event was a testament to the overwhelming support it receives from the community—a community that knows its loved ones can receive world-class treatment without traveling far.
The heart of the evening was highlighting MidJersey Orthopaedics, the 2024 Spirit of Hunterdon honoree. Their dedication to ensuring local access to advanced orthopedic care was celebrated, as was the broader impact of Hunterdon Health on the lives of patients like Michelle. Our guests had the chance to take a glimpse into the story of this local farmer whose courageous battle with cancer embodies the personalized care that Hunterdon Health delivers every day. Her story resonated deeply with the crowd, serving as a powerful reminder of why they had gathered—to ensure that this small but mighty hospital continues to change lives.
Guests enjoyed an evening filled with excitement, including dinner, drinks, and a silent auction that featured everything from exotic trips to autographed memorabilia. Our program concluded with a live opportunity to bid for a weekend getaway to Charleston, South Carolina. The last bidder who made a donation claimed the prize, igniting cheers and applause throughout the room.
As the night came to a close, there was a sense of fulfillment amongst the room. The Crystal Ball wasn't just a celebration; it was a reminder of the incredible impact Hunterdon Health has on its community—providing top-tier care right where it's needed most.
