You may also contact our Patient Advocate, a hospital employee dedicated to being your liaison with the Hospital and our outpatient facilities that are operated by Hunterdon Health. The Patient Advocate will assist you in resolving your concerns.

Hunterdon Health welcomes the opportunity to sponsor education and wellness initiatives in our community. We like to focus our sponsorships based on our Community Health Needs Assessment:

- Aging-Related Issues (seniors)
- Social Determinants of Health – transportation, food insecurity, language barriers
Our sponsorships also impact the communities we serve in Hunterdon, Somerset, Mercer and parts of Warren and Morris counties.

- Details on the event and cause, sponsorship options, and information on the organization.
- A sponsorship form that highlights who a check should be made out to and the address to mail a check.
- Advertising specs for all ads, for example, a full page – please provide the height and width of the page.
- W9 Form is required. Please send with sponsorship request.
- Sponsorships are reviewed monthly during a committee meeting.
As part of our community outreach, Hunterdon Health provides speakers and staff, free of charge, to appear at local schools, businesses, organizations, fairs, and religious and civic groups. In addition, we also welcome the opportunity to attend community events.
