Health and wellness has been an integral part of my life from the time I was a young man. After a 30 year career having owned my own company and recently having retired, I decided the time had come for me to give back to others.
I obtained my personal training certification through ACE ( American Council on Exercise) as well as a certification as a spin instructor. I am also CPR/AED and First Aid certified.
I train all age groups with the purpose of designing specific training programs based on individual needs. It has been extremely rewarding for me to see both the physical and emotional growth of my clients and the profound impact the training has had. My philosophy is that there is no such thing as a cookie cutter training routine, but every individual is unique and is deserving of a special routine they can call their own.
