The PGY-2 Pharmacotherapy Residency program at Hunterdon Medical Center is designed to prepare clinical pharmacy specialists with the qualifications needed for internal medicine or family practice positions with an adjunct faculty appointment.
The resident will be exposed to a variety of rotations both clinical and administrative to provide for a well-rounded experience. Through this program, the resident will serve on a variety of committees and interact with different health care professionals.
Additionally, there will be a variety of teaching opportunities to doctor of pharmacy students, medical residents and other health care professionals both within and outside the pharmacy department.
The PGY-2 Pharmacotherapy Residency Program is a 12-month program, beginning in August and will encompass a variety of rotations including concentrated, extended and longitudinal experiences.

Upon review of application materials, an onsite interview will be extended to candidates. All candidates must be enrolled with National Matching Service. If accepted, the resident must obtain New Jersey pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
