Our Story
The Lobby Shop has been in operation for over 60 years. It began in a small room on the first floor of the hospital, carrying candy and a few gift items. The Shop was staffed with volunteers who used a cigar box to make change for customers. As time went on, the Lobby Shop was relocated to the space it currently occupies today in our front lobby. Although the shop is small, it is mighty. Through the support of the community and Hospital staff, we have had the privilege of donating, in total, over 1.5 million dollars to the Hunterdon Health Foundation.
Volunteer
The Lobby Shop is staffed exclusively by our generous and friendly volunteers. Volunteers are a vital part of Hunterdon Health and make a difference by providing that extra dimension of care and service to our patients, visitors, and staff.
