SAFE In Hunterdon will host an Evening for SAFE on Thursday, June 1st from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at The Prallsville Mill, 33 Risler Street, Stockton, NJ. The evening will include gourmet appetizers, a variety of desserts, wine/beer bar and a silent auction.
Patrick Gavin, President and CEO, of Hunterdon Health will be honored during the event. Patrick Gavin joined Hunterdon Health as President and CEO in January 2019. A few months after Mr. Gavin arrived at Hunterdon Health, SAFE in Hunterdon had a setback that required the organization to stop providing services for a short time. Mr. Gavin understood the critical need for the services SAFE in Hunterdon provides the community and offered the assistance of Hunterdon Health to help the organization be able to serve clients once again. Mr. Gavin is being honored for his dedication and commitment to improving the lives of our community and for his unwavering support of SAFE in Hunterdon.
For over 40 years, SAFE in Hunterdon has worked with individuals and families touched by domestic and sexual violence through individual and group counseling services, a 24-hour hotline, crisis intervention teams, emergency safe housing for victims and their children, transitional housing, legal advocacy, community education and prevention services. SAFE in Hunterdon delivers critical support services to many families who experienced violence in their lives.
