May 2024 Employee of the Month

Here are just a few highlights from Kristie’s 11 nominations (the most received by any employee!):

• Kristie is a rock star! She started with Hunterdon by working in the vaccine call center. We knew instantly that we needed her in this organization. As the HMG Business Analyst, Kristie has made a tremendous impact in this position. She has developed reporting methods that allow the managers a better understanding of the information so that we can interpret it and use it to help improve the overall health of our practices.
• Kristie is accountable because she holds herself to higher standards, working towards excellence and making suggestions on how things can be improved to benefit the entire organization. Kristie tells the team a deadline of work she will prepare for us and always meets it. Her work is exemplary and meets or is above expectations.
• As new projects are thrown her way and new changes come from leadership, Kristie thinks outside of the box while understanding how change impacts others. She is considerate but knows when change needs to be implemented for the better.
• Kristie continues to adapt seamlessly to her ever-changing role at HMG while maintaining a positive attitude (including accepting additional duties and responsibilities). She has been exceptionally helpful with end of month reporting, particularly with changes as departments/cost centers merged. We have seen Kristie use the information she is given, versus the information she wishes she had, to create data we need as managers.
• Kristie is authentic and is not afraid to stand up for what is right, ask the hard questions, and still maintain her kind, compassionate self. She takes pride in her work and is candid, when necessary, while always striving for perfection! She takes the time to listen and make suggestions and doesn't let any pressure or stress affect how she communicates and works with everyone she comes in contact with.
• Kristie is inclusive, approachable, always willing to answer questions, and always willing to involve those who can help. She is always learning and growing to help this organization and herself. She always wants to know what resources she has to have the right answers and help make the best choices. She creates a collaborative environment with colleagues and other department members to ensure accuracy in her reporting requirements.
• Kristie has been committed to learning HMG practices, policies and procedures and to making things more efficient, organized and easy to understand. She is committed to providing accurate information to our physicians and treats all with courtesy and respect. Her commitment to the budget process was extremely admirable as she worked tirelessly to get a completed budget.
• Kristie empowers everyone around her to ask questions, give her feedback and bring ideas forward on ways to improve. She is excellent at explaining everything she presents and is always willing to take extra time or repeat herself if needed. She embraces positivity in every aspect of her job, which then encourages motivation to others to do their best job.
• Kristie is the employee everyone looks to hire but can’t seem to find! We found her, and she’s truly the epitome of the values of Hunterdon! We truly appreciate all she does!
• Kristie is a pleasure to work with and is a valuable team player. I believe all her efforts and hard work should be rewarded, she is so very deserving to be an employee of the month!
