Dr. Rani Madduri received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She went on to do a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Veteran’s Affairs Maryland Health Care System in Baltimore, Maryland. In order to further pursue her interests, Dr. Madduri completed a PGY-2 residency in Infectious Diseases at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. She has a Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy and is a practicing HIV pharmacist (AAHIVP) through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Dr. Madduri joined the pharmacy clinical team at Hunterdon Medical Center in 2009 as the Clinical Coordinator of Pharmacotherapy / Infectious Diseases. She precepts the Infectious Diseases and Pharmacotherapy rotations for the For the PGY-1 program and is currently the director of the PGY-2 Pharmacotherapy Residency Program. Future plans include expansion of antimicrobial stewardship initiatives and the pharmacokinetic program. Dr. Madduri is an active member of professional and state pharmacy organizations including, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American College of Clinical Pharmacy and New Jersey Society of Health-System Pharmacists where she has served in different capacities. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
