Punnya joined Hunterdon Health in 2022 and has been a registered dietitian for five years. Punnya completed her bachelor’s degree from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, India and obtained her master’s degree from Symbiosis International University, Pune, India. Later in 2017, she completed her Dietetic Internship from Rutgers School of Health Professions. At the Center for Nutrition and Diabetes, Punnya focuses on diabetes, cardiovascular health and GI health. She loves to help individuals understand their nutrition needs, and educate them on how to take easy and practical steps for optimal health.
