Dr. Meyer is the Assistant Director of Hunterdon Family Medicine at Phillips-Barber, an attending physician at Hunterdon Medical Center, and a faculty member of the Hunterdon Family Medicine Residency Program since 1993. She graduated from Jefferson Medical College in 1990 and was a resident at the Brown University/Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island program, graduating in 1993. She is board-certified in both family medicine and integrative medicine, having completed her Fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona in 2017.
She has a special interest in integrative medicine and CAM therapies and modalities. She chose family medicine because of the special relationships with patients and the opportunity to empower them to reach better health and wellness in their lives. She sees every patient interaction as a chance to offer both conventional and complementary treatments and enjoys teaching this perspective to the residents as well.
