Community Healthcare Worker, NJCEED Program
Luz "Lucy" Eaton is a member of the Hunterdon Health, Community Outreach Team under Business Development as a Community Health Worker. Lucy is fluent in Spanish and will be assisting bilingual individuals navigate their outpatient healthcare needs and referrals to community resources. She will also be providing support for NJCEED's cancer screening services and education to eligible residents that enroll in the NJCEED program. This program provides free breast, cervical, colorectal and prostate cancer screening services. Lucy can be reached at leaton@hhsnj.org (*Please note Lucy is not a medical translator.)
