Kristy graduated in 2002 from Alfred University with a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training and in 2005 with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY. In 2021, she was nominated for and received the Lehigh Valley's Therapeutic Provider of the Year award as part of the Healthcare Hero's initiative.
Kristy was previously with Hunterdon Health from 2013-2019 and returned in 2024. Currently, she works in outpatient orthopedics with a focus on chronic/persistent pain aiming towards helping patients of all ages with orthopedic and various chronic conditions recover/improve their quality of life by focusing on the patient as a "whole human" and not just a body part and working on goals setting. She studies pain neuroscience through the Neuro Orthopedic Institute incorporating a biopsychosocial approach to care. Kristy is also credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (McKenzie Method) for the spine and extremities.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, paddle boarding, gardening/homesteading and hot yoga.
