Dr. Raleigh is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Primary Care Sports Medicine physician. She is a full-time faculty member based out of Hunterdon Family Medicine at Phillips-Barber and offers routine injection therapies, including corticosteroid, viscosupplementation, and prolotherapy injection options.
Dr. Raleigh completed an Osteopathic Sports Medicine fellowship at Atlantic Health’s Overlook Hospital where she was also Chief Resident at their Family Medicine Residency program. Dr. Raleigh graduated at the top of her class from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. Before medical school, Beth Raleigh earned a Master’s degree in Biology from Villanova University and her undergraduate degree at Duke University in Biology and Classical Languages.
Dr. Raleigh is the School and Team physician for several local high schools and elementary schools. She is also the team physician for the Jersey Flight, a Professional Arena Football team based in Trenton, NJ. As a sports medicine doctor, she treats patients of all ages with musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries. Dr. Raleigh incorporates the principles and practice of osteopathic medicine daily with her own patients and integrates these into weekly sports medicine clinics with resident and student physicians. She has a special interest in adolescent concussion issues, lectures on concussion evaluation and management, and is a member of the Concussion Care Committee at Hunterdon Medical Center.
Dr. Raleigh is skilled in performing and teaching a wide variety of therapeutic injection techniques. One of her goals for residency training is to ensure graduating physicians are comfortable and confident performing common joint injections independently as they go out into practice.
Dr. Raleigh lives with her husband and triplet girls here in beautiful Hunterdon County. Beth enjoys walking, hiking, swimming, gardening, traveling, and baking with her girls.
