Dr. Navin Philips is the Director of Pharmaceutical Services. He received his Bachelors in Information Sciences and Technology from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and then went on to pursue his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia. Some of Dr. Philips’ previous work includes the implementation of various health care systems and the utilization of technology to improve patient safety and reduce medication errors. He serves as a Pharmacy Administration preceptor for both PGY-1 and PGY-2 residents. Additionally, Dr. Philips is an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson School of Pharmacy where he teaches in the Doctor of Pharmacy / Masters in Health Sciences program. He is a Diplomat of the Pharmacy Leadership Academy and an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists as well as the New Jersey Society of Health System Pharmacist where he has served in leadership roles at the chapter level and state level.
