Dr. Jardim is the Medical Director of Hunterdon Family Medicine at Delaware Valley. She graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers), New Jersey Medical School in 1988. She completed her residency in 1991 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where she served as Chief Resident. After completing residency, Dr. Jardim was a clinical instructor in Family Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. She has been on the faculty of Hunterdon Medical Center since 1994.
Dr. Jardim serves as the cancer liaison for Hunterdon Medical Center, is a member of the Hunterdon Healthcare Partners Board of Directors, and is on the board of trustees for Matheny (a special hospital and school for children with medically complex developmental disabilities). Dr. Jardim is committed to ensuring that Hunterdon Family Medicine at Delaware Valley continues to provide high-quality, accessible, and efficient health care as a certified level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home.
In addition to an interest in practice management, Dr. Jardim’s passions include women’s health, nutrition and lifestyle medicine, adolescent medicine, work/family balance, and creative writing. She enjoys living in Frenchtown, New Jersey with her spouse and spending time with her three grown daughters.
