B.J. started her career at Hunterdon Health in 1996 as a Unit Coordinator on 5 South.  As a registered nurse she has held many roles throughout the health system including staff nurse, interventional radiology nurse, Patient Care Manager and Clinical Coordinator for Hunterdon Hospice, Bariatric Program Coordinator for Center for Healthy Weight Loss, and most recently, Patient Care Experience Advocate.

B.J. joined Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center in August 2024 as a Nurse Navigator. She helps coordinate care for all patients with a known or suspected cancer diagnosis. B.J. is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and is currently working towards her American Cancer Center Society in Oncology Navigation Certification (ACS LION).

Throughout B.J.'s tenure at Hunterdon Health, she has actively participated in multiple committees and councils, was named the 2012 September Employee of the Month and the 2012 Employee of the Year. In 2020 she was bestowed the Annual Wescott Award which recognizes an employee, volunteer and nurse who exemplifies Hunterdon Health’s culture and commitment to the health and well-being of the community.
