HypnoBirthing® Class
Event Information
HypnoBirthing® is a different approach to childbirth education and uses hypnosis. It focuses on natural birth progress and is as intervention-free as possible. See Parenting and Childbirth Classes - HypnoBirthing® for more information and all dates.
HypnoBirthing® classes are only offered on Thursday evenings in a series of five classes, 2 1/2 hours each, from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm.
Class Series:
January 9th - February 6th
February 20th - March 20th
April 3rd - May 1st
May 22nd - June 19th
July 10th - August 7th
August 28th - September 25th
October 9th - November 6th
Registration Information
Pre-registration is required.
Couples should plan to register for classes early in their pregnancy. Our coordinator will place you in the series that is best for your expected delivery date. Cost $236.00 (insurance often covers part of the cost!)
