Event Information
HypnoBirthing® is a different approach to childbirth education and uses hypnosis. It focuses on natural birth progress and is as intervention-free as possible. See Parenting and Childbirth Classes - HypnoBirthing® for more information and all dates.
HypnoBirthing® classes are only offered on Thursday evenings in a series of five classes, 2 1/2 hours each, from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm.
Fall Series:
October 31st
November 7th, 14th & 21st (no class Thanksgiving Day)
December 5th
Registration Information
Pre-registration is required.
Couples should plan to register for classes early in their pregnancy. Our coordinator will place you in the series that is best for your expected delivery date. Cost $225.00 (insurance often covers part of the cost!)
